Letting is on a weekly basis commencing on Friday from 3.00pm until 10.30am the following Friday
Midweek and weekend breaks are available by arrangement.

Tariff for Letting The Coach House Cottage 2010 - 2011  2 Persons (All Inclusive)
5th January - April £220.00 per week  May - August  £320.00 per week 
September - October £220.00 per week     
November - 23rd December £220.00 per week     
24th December to 1st January £340.00 per week     

 

Midweek Break: 3 nights - 2 persons sharing:   £135.00.   - Welcome pack provided

Weekend Breaks: Friday 3.00pm - Monday 10.30am - 2 persons sharing: £145.00   - Welcome pack provided

Deposit: A deposit of £100.00 is required. This deposit is deductible off the total cost. (This deposit is not refundable if you are unable to stay as arranged - it is therefore suggested that you take out Insurance Cover)
Plus a refundable deposit of £100.00 is required - providing there is no damage to property or any breakages, your deposit would be returned within 7 days of your departure.

Balance of Payment:- is payable six weeks prior to commencement date. Please forward a separate cheque to cover the refundable deposit.
